We allow customers to inspect and try on the watch at the time of delivery (for COD orders).

Conditions:

The watch must remain in original condition
Protective stickers must not be removed
The item must not be worn outside inspection

If you decide not to proceed, the watch will be returned immediately to the courier.

We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy.

The watch must:

Be unworn and unused
Have all protective stickers intact
Include original packaging, warranty card, and accessories

Returns that show signs of wear may be declined.
